Is there a release date for The Last of Us?
After eagle-eyed fans noticed an accidental launch date leak on the HBO Max site, the company confirmed the highly-anticipated series will debut right at the start of next year. It will launch on 15 January in the US on HBO, but we won't have to wait long to get our eyes on it in the UK too. Following a similar model to its fellow, very successful series The White Lotus, the show will hit our screens the next day on the 16th on Sky Atlantic.
The date was announced on the official The Last of Us Twitter account alongside a new poster showing Pascal and Ramsey walking in the distance of a decimated city. You can check it out here.
